Callout to support Dorset Search and Rescue look for a high risk missing person near Longham. Search dog team Rufus responded along with two Hampshire search dog teams. We worked into the night looking for the missing man alongside Dorset Search and Rescue,  Fire Search and Rescue  and Police search teams. The search effort continued the following day.  The man was sadly found deceased some days later.  Our thoughts are with his family and friends.

The team supported the search for missing teenager Callum Osbourne-Ward this evening. Callum and his family were overwhelmed by the tide at Rockley Point while swimming in the harbour. We sadly learned his body was recovered in the water a few days later. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
